Q : Can you remind everyone when you started singing?

I remember I was in class 4 when in the break time I use to sing my favorite song of that time.

Q : What made you decide you wanted to become a singer?

In the childhood I was inspired by Sonu Nigam and he became my inspiration of music.

Q : What does music mean to you?

Music is around me always in the environment, in my surroundings… it’s a lifeline for me.

Q  Are you learning to play any musical instruments? If so, which one, and what was the first song you learned on that instrument?

I learned the basic guitar chords from a music teacher and currently in learning music from a very renowned music learning institute.

Q : Do you remember your first time in a recording studio? What was that experience like?

It was good… studio recording is very different and difficult as compared to performing in a live concert.

Q  Can you tell everyone more about the albums that have been released and are you recording anything right now or anytime soon?

I have recorded 4 songs in 3 different studios. My first song “Wafa” was launched in Dec 2012, ‘Soniyo (Cover)’ March’13, ‘Rahon Main’ June’13 and ‘Dooba Dooba’ with its official music video will be released on 28th Sep’13.

Q  Do you have a favorite outfit you like to perform in?

Yes I love wear my black denim jacket in concerts of winters and colored tees with my favorite damage jeans :D

Q : Do you ever get nervous before a performance?

Honestly I didn’t feel that ever. I performed first time back in 2007 when I was in DHA College and I rocked the audience.

Q  Do you do anything right before you perform? Like a ritual or prayer?

No I just try to feel relax and chill before performance.

Q : Have you walked a red carpet before? If so, what was your very first red carpet event?

No I didn’t.

Q : Do you have any advice for anyone wanting to sing as a career or just advice in general about careers?

Before stepping in music industry a person should learn music and work on its own compositions.

Q : What is one thing you cannot live without?

Music

Q : Who is your favorite Disney princess?

I don’t watch it.

Q  Do you have a celebrity crush?

Yes Katrina Kaif ;)

Q : I interviewed you about a year ago, and at the time, you didn’t have a pet. Do you have any pets?

No I don’t but I like baby turtles as a pet.

Yes

Q   What are your immediate music career goals? (Next 1 to 3 years.)

Completing my debut album with at least 3 hit numbers.
